Ms. Naheed Quraishi brings over 30 years of rich experience in international education, having worked in reputed institutions across the UAE, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and India. As the Senior School Supervisor at Springdale International School, she plays a key role in academic leadership while also inspiring students through her teaching in Individuals & Societies. Her global perspective, deep subject expertise, and unwavering dedication to student development make her an invaluable part of our learning community.

Dewan Mehtauddin

IBDP Coordinator & Career Guidance Counselor

With over 17 years in education and a decade of experience as an IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, Mr. Dewan brings deep expertise and passion to his role at Springdale International School. Educated at Baruch College and Arizona State University in the United States, he strongly advocates for student-centered learning that nurtures critical thinking and independence. Mr. Dewan views the IBDP as more than an academic curriculum—it’s a transformative journey of self-discovery. His approach blends academic rigor with individualized mentorship to prepare students for success in university and beyond.

Indrani Das

IGCSE Coordinator and ESS Faculty

Also serves as CAS Coordinator for the IBDP at Springdale International School. With Master’s degrees in both Environmental Science and Business Administration, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective that bridges ecological understanding with economic insight. Over the past 14 years, she has taught Environmental Management and Economics at the Cambridge IGCSE level, and Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS) in the IBDP, guiding students to explore the vital links between sustainability and economic systems. As coordinator for the IGCSE programme, CAS, and the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, Ms. Das is deeply committed to nurturing responsible global citizens. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes real world relevance, life skills, and character development—empowering students to address complex global challenges with confidence and compassion.
