The reality of Springdale International School, has been a cherished dream since the time of my own school days at both local and international schools.
Springdale International School was conceived as unique by being the best of both- a place of inspired teaching and hands-on, practical learning, backed by the best teaching pedagogy and educators. At the same time, it is a place where community is treasured, and where morals and moral goals are enforced.
For children, it’s a place far from the dullness of traditional education of memorized text, and rather a place where young bright minds find a structured way to engage in their own curiosity. Rather than forcing kids to learn, children learn to educate themselves by asking the why, what and how of everything. Springdale International School is a place where inspiration is born; where practical, daily lessons are learned; and where hearts and minds are opened to new possibilities.
Another unique aspect of our school is that we believe in helping children and teens find inner happiness. Gratitude for their many privileges in life both big and the daily, and the Resilience to weather tough times, move past bad experiences and temporary failures are universally acknowledged to be the pillars of happiness.
At Springdale International School, we encourage children to understand and demonstrate these two values from a very early age. Teachers also find many ways to instil these values into class lessons so that it becomes second nature to them. We remind our honeybees that they are born to be extraordinary. They are the people of substance and character who will make our beautiful nation of Bangladesh, proud!
